Via the form on the order page of Moodus:
The dimensions of the device are (lxwxh) 12 x 12 x 24 cm. The (standard) promo board is 24 x 35 cm. The terminal including the optional floor stand is 134 cm. The corresponding promoboard has a size of 40 x 60 cm.
Any organization registered with the Chamber of Commerce can use Moodus Give.
You can download a template for the promoboard with this you can create your own design using graphic software (eg Photoshop or illustrator). If you send this to us, we will take care of the production. Another option is that Moodus takes care of the design for you (at an additional cost).
Unfortunately this is not possible. The only construction that Moodus offers is the leasing of the Moodus Give terminals.
The minimum amount is € 1 and the maximum amount is € 25
There are three amounts that your customer can select using the buttons. You have the option to notify us in advance of these amounts. Then we ensure that these amounts are preprogrammed.
If your terminal is outside the coverage of the 4G network used, it will not be possible to process a payment.

No, there are no start-up costs for taking out a subscription with Moodus.
Yes, we charge € 0.20 + 1.15% per transaction. This is to cover the costs of the money transaction, the transaction subscription and the pin / credit card processing.
We charge the costs for the Terminal in advance. We will send you a monthly invoice for the transaction costs.
Yes, the terminal is plug & play.
Yes, we work with at least a one-year contract.
Your visitors will always donate in the local currency. The current exchange rates are automatically applied.
The donated amount is always transferred directly to your account. You’ll receive an invoice from Moodus bv every month with the transaction costs due.
All you need is a socket (Type C / F 230 Volt).
The average amount of all donations is around € 4,80. you could therefore choose € 2.50 € 5, – € 7.50 as the preset amount.
At the end of your contract we will send you a return barcode, with which you can return your Moodus give (without floor stand) free of charge.
Donations cannot be refunded.
The device can be attached with double-sided tape.
No, if your lease contract expires, you must return the terminal to Moodus BV.
Yes, you buy the floor stand from Moodus. You own the tripod after the termination of the contract.
Yes, the floor stand can be anchored by means of a chain / cable. However, Moodus does not deliver this.
Delivery time varies between 1 and 6 weeks. Depending on our current stock.
The Give terminal does not have an internal battery and must be plugged into the wall socket. If you are interested in this, we do offer solutions for this. Please contact us for this.
